1. Services: We provide CCTV installation, AMC (Annual Maintenance), and security solutions in Dehradun and surrounding areas.

2. Payments: All service charges (e.g., AMC plans starting at ₹1,499) must be paid in advance or as per the agreed schedule. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

3. Service Visits: For AMC customers, visits will be scheduled as per the chosen plan (Basic/Standard). Emergency calls will be attended within 24-48 hours.

4. Warranty: Warranty on spare parts is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. General service warranty is valid for 15 days from the date of visit.

5. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a service visit, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance.

6. Liability: A to All Solutions is not responsible for any data loss or theft if the system is tampered with by unauthorized persons.
